Cash Card Refunds

Still have credit left on your festival cash card? You can request a refund for any remaining balance. The refund can be made until August 29, 2025 via this website.

Left something behind in your festival locker? No problem! If you stored items in one of our lockers during the festival, you'll need to contact the locker supplier directly you can do so via this link. Make sure you have your locker number ready when you get in touch with them - they'll need this information to help locate your belongings.
