Transfer times‍

• Transfer times will be announced 2 weeks before the festival
• To ensure you can enjoy the festival from start to finish, our bus service is scheduled to arrive just before the festival begins and departs after it has ended
• The Saturday transfer is included in your booking for each person. You can add extra transfers on this page, available for any additional days
• Note that transfer times are fixed. If you miss your transfer, we cannot provide alternative transportation or refunds

Important to know

• Please note that entrance tickets are not included by default. Make sure to add tickets to your order if you don't already have them.
• Read the booking confirmation carefully so you know which documents to bring and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Please download your accommodation voucher before checking in at the reception, as it includes details about your booked transfers. You will need this voucher to receive the transfer vouchers during check-in.
• Check-in is possible from 15:00. Early check-in is subject to availability. If your room isn't ready, you can store your luggage at the reception free of charge.
• The package price is per person and is based on two people sharing a standard room. If you purchase a package for two people, you will get one standard room. If you prefer to stay in a room by yourself or choose a different room type, a surcharge will apply.
